- Check-in is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm
- We like to meet and greet all our guests to show them around, explain how things work and have the fire lit if necessary
- If you are delayed, please text or phone uswell in advance so that we are not left waiting indefinitely but can make other arrangements
- If you have not already paid your Security Deposit of £200.00 by bacs transfer, please have the cash amount ready to pay
- Please be ready to depart by 10.00am to give us enough time to clean and prepare for the next guests
- Please place all used towels, tea towels, bath mats, pillowcases, duvet covers and bed sheets in the linen bags provided for collection by our commercial laundry service
- Please place all household rubbish, food waste and recycling items in the bins provided in the Courtyard
- Please fill in the Questionnaire
- Please provide your bank details (account holder name, account number and sort code) for a bacs transfer of your Security Deposit refund. If you have paid cash, your refund will be returned at Check-out.
We use a local commercial rubbish and recycling company.
Household rubbish should be placed securely in the bin bags provided and put in the dustbin for collection by Bostraze Recycling Ltd.
